The annual talent show took place on Friday, January 13th and did not disappoint.
This past Friday night, the Notre Dame Fine Arts program hosted the annual ND’s Got Talent show. With nine amazingly talented singers and musicians competing, it was a great show.

The top three performers consisted of:
1st place:
Ethan Metcalfe in Grade 10. He sang Don’t Rain On My Parade by Barbra Streisand and When We Were Young by Adele.
ND’s got talent is more than a competition, it’s a community; sharing our skills is a staple of this show. That’s what makes it so special.

2nd place:
Yra Renoblas in Grade 10. She sang All Falls Down by Jenn Colella and Love on Top by Beyoncé.
I really only joined because I love to perform. Placing top 3 was just a bonus.

3rd place:
Anjelica Arias in Grade 11, both singing and playing the guitar, rounded out the top three. She sang Rip Tide by Vance Joy and Never Enough by Loren Allred.

Additionally, the TC 11 and 12 classes, taught by Mr. Isherwood, competed in the annual Improv challenge. The TC 11 class came out on top with an outstanding performance.
Overall, the show was a huge success, and it could not have been done without the support of Mr. Isherwood, the technical judges, the audience’s votes, and of course all the talented performers!
