On Tuesday, January 26th and Thursday, January 28th, grade eight FLEX classes participated in an Entrepreneur Fair to showcase innovative creations. This event was both planned and supported by Ms. Citton, Mr. Garcea, and Mrs. Thronburn, and was held in the cafeteria and multipurpose room. Students, teachers, and staff participated by purchasing items and supporting the young entrepreneurs.

There were many creative and innovative products made by the grade 8 students. Some of the items included:
- Album convers
- Jewelery
- Bookmarks
- Show cleaning kits
- Bath bombs
- Lip scrubs
- Key chains
- Stress balls
- CD Art
- Soaps
- Candles
- Artwork
- Dog treats
- Charms
- Scented hand sanitizer
The products were planned, designed, packaged, advertised, and distributed by the entrepreneurs, who made them.
The Entrepreneur Fair provides students with a great platform to learn business skills that can help us in the future. Marketing, advertising, handling money, designing logos and branding were all part of the learning experience. We put ourselves in the shoes of a real entrepreneur and got a taste of either success in the selling of our products, or the opposite, where few of our items sold. Either way, we gained valuable real-life experiences.

Overall, the event truly brought together the Juggler Spirit and further instilled in participants the school motto: Know, Love, & Serve. Know – for the academic effort and thought put into the fair, Love – for supporting each other by purchasing items, and Serve – for the donation of ten percent from each profit to support the charity voted on by the student entrepreneurs.
